MOIL Recruitment 2025 Age Limit (as on 25-03-2025)

• Age Limit for Mine Foreman-I (NE-08): Up to 45 yrs
• Age Limit for Sel. Gr. Mine Foreman (NE-09): Up to 45 yrs
• Age Limit for Mine Mate Gr.-I (NE-05): Upto 40 yrs
• Age Limit for Blaster Gr.-II (NE-04): Up to 35 years
• Age Limit for Winding Engine Driver-II (NE-05): Upto 40 years
• Age relaxation is admissible as per rules

Scale of Pay

• Mine Foreman (NE-09): Rs.27600 – 3% - 50040/- (NE-09)
• Mine Foreman (NE-08): Rs. 26,900-3%- 48,770/- (NE-08).
• Mine Mate (NE-05): Rs. 24800 - 3% - 44960/- (NE-05).
• Winding Engine Driver (NE-05): Rs. 24800 - 3% - 44960/- (NE-05).
• Blaster (NE-04): Rs. 24,100-3%-43,690/- (NE-04)

Selection Process

• For the posts of Select Grade Mine Foreman, Mine Foreman, Mine Mate & Blaster, candidates will be required to appear computer based online test. The online test will be held for all the above posts on same day and same shift.
• For the post of Winding Engine Driver, candidates are required to appear for trade test. The same shall be intimated to the eligible candidates through call letter, Email, SMS and on MOIL website.
• Application is to be submitted by a candidate only once and against only one of the posts, which means that a candidate can apply for any one post only
• Candidates are advised to apply for the post most suitable to his/her qualification and experience etc. In case of multiple applications, only the latest valid (completed) application will be retained and the application fee/ intimation charges paid for the other multiple registration(s) will stand forfeited.
• Before applying the candidates should ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility criteria. Admission to Computer Based Online Test will be purely provisional.
• Candidature will be subject to verification of details/documents, if shortlisted or at any stage of the recruitment process/appointment.

How to Apply

• Candidates can apply online only from 4th March 2025 to 25th March 2025 and no other mode of application will be accepted.
• Before applying online, candidates should scan their : - photograph (4.5cm × 3.5cm) - signature (with black ink) - left thumb impression (on white paper with black or blue ink) - a hand written declaration (on a white paper with black ink) (text given below) - ensuring that the all these scanned documents adhere to the required specifications as given in this Advertisement
• Signature in CAPITAL LETTERS will NOT be accepted.
• The left thumb impression should be properly scanned and not smudged. (If a candidate is not having left thumb, he/she may use his/ her right thumb for applying.)
• The text for the hand written declaration is as follows: “I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”
• Keep the necessary details/documents ready to make Online Payment of the requisite application fee/ intimation charges.
